A New Hampshire man was arrested this weekend after alledgedly shooting a bow and arrow off the 11th story of a high-rise.
Police arrested 36-year-old Jay Bingel in Manchester, New Hampshire, Sunday night.
Bingel threw multiple chairs toward the door, and appeared aggitated and unstable before a trained negotiator convinced him to drop his weapon and police placed him into custody.
Bingel was charged with reckless conduct, resisting arrest and possession of half a gram of marijuana.
He appeared in the 9th Circuit Court-Manchester Monday morning.
