Plane Lands at Boston's Logan Airport After Report of Smoke Odor

An American Airlines plane has landed safely at Boston's Logan Airport after there was a report of an odor of smoke on board.

About 20 minutes after taking off, an odor was reported on the plane. As an act of caution, the plane turned around to land at Logan.

Massport says no smoke was found on American Airlines Flight 165. Nobody was injured during the incident.

145 passengers and six crew members were on the flight heading for Los Angeles.

The plane has been pulled out of service.
