A police investigation is underway at a hotel in Conway, New Hampshire.
The New Hampshire State Police Major Crime Unit is investigating what the attorney general's office described Monday as "an assault" at the Conway Valley Inn on Route 16, and usually investigates murders, suicides and assaults.
Earlier Monday afternoon, the motel was marked off with yellow crime scene tape, and two cars were towed away later in the evening.
