Police in Burlington, Vermont, are looking for a missing 84-year-old man they say is vulnerable.
Samal Mangar was reported missing around 6:45 p.m. Wednesday, having left a home on Lafountain Street around noon.
Mangar is described as being about 5'5 and 115 pounds with brown eyes, short gray hair and a mustache. He is of Nepali descent and does not speak English well, police said.
When he was last seen, Mangar was wearing a gray zipup hooded sweatshirt, dark gray pants and sandals.
Mangar does not have a cellphone or ID with him.
People in the area are asked to check their yards, sheds and garages. Anyone with information is asked to call 802-658-2700.
