After a nail-biting game and a Patriots' Super Bowl LI victory over the Falcons, Bostonians took to the streets to celebrate.

Several areas, including Kenmore Square, were closed to traffic at the beginning of game's fourth quarter as a way to keep revelers safe.
Many people congregated in Kenmore Square and the Boston Common.
Boston Police said the celebration was peaceful, yet at least 2 people were transported to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
"You have to believe in the Patriots, you have to believe that they can do it," said one passionate Patriots fan at a sports bar in Foxboro.
Within minutes of the game ending, the sporting goods store Modell’s was packed. Fans were eager to pick up their game winning gear.
Boston Common was also bustling with fans. Students from local universities flooded the streets, cheering rejoicing after the win.
Boston Mayor Marty Walsh annnounced Sunday night the parade celebrating the big win will be held on Tuesday, February 7, at 11:00 a.m.
Meanwhile, back in Houston, Patriots fans who stuck through the whole game say it was an incredible time.
