Two men are dead after being shot in a car in Massachusetts.
Only one of the victims has been named -- 27-year-old Stephen Bodden, who had addresses in New Bedford and Taunton -- while the other man's name is being withheld pending notification of his family. He is described as a 28-year-old New Bedford man.
The Bristol district attorney's office said New Bedford police responded to a 911 call around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday for shots fired at a car on Central Avenue. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Bodden dead in the driver's seat of a Honda Accord.
His passenger was taken to St. Luke's Hospital, where he died later that morning.
No arrests have been made in connection to the shooting.
The investigation is ongoing.
