A crash involving a tractor-trailer and box truck in Palmer shut down all eastbound lanes of the Massachusetts Turnpike for a couple of hours on Tuesday.
State police said the crash happened at about 6 a.m. near Exit 8. As a result of the crash, traffic was diverted to Route 20. As of 8:30 a.m., the turnpike was reopened.
No injuries were reported in the crash, according to authorities. Details on what led up to the incident were not immediately clear.
The Mass. Pike follows a multi-tractor-trailer crash that also happened Tuesday morning in Berlin.
