A Massachusetts man accused of an assault and kidnapping is due in court Monday morning.
Justin Raymond, 23, of Salem, Massachusetts, is accused of forcing his way into a Wenham home Friday night.
A woman was assaulted with a weapon on Topsfield Road late Friday night, according to authorities. The woman's daughter was forcibly taken from the home.
Raymond released the girl before fleeing by foot. Officials were able to locate Raymond in a storage area under a home on Burnham Road.
