A man accused of using his cell phone to take pictures up a woman's skirt while he was helping her with her car in Glastonbury in December has been charged with 11 counts of voyerism and turned himself in to police.
Police said Joseph Ferrell, 43, of Southhampton, Massachusetts, admitted to using his cell phone to take video and pictures up a woman's skirt without her knowledge on Winding Brook Drive in Glastonbury.
They said Ferrell, who worked in the building, might have been engaged in this type of activity over a period of months at 655 Winding Brook Drive as well as around the center of Glastonbury.
Police have been investigating and charged Ferrell with 11 counts of voyeurism.
He posted a $50,000 bond and was released on bond.
