Murder Suspect Still on the Run Indicted by Grand Jury

Hector Radame Diaz Emiliano also goes by the aliases of Nelson J. Rodriguez Figueroa and Abismael Xxxgerena

A Massachusetts man who police say shot and killed another man and has since been on the run was indicted by a grand jury for the homicide.

Thirty-three-year-old Hector Radame Diaz Emiliano of Lowell was indicted on a first degree murder charge and the charge of carrying a firearm without a license in the November shooting death of 35-year-old Omar Ortiz Lopez of Lynn.

Emiliano is also known as Nelson J. Rodriguez Figueroa and Abismael Xxxgerena. He allegedly shot Lopez in the head on Nov. 29 outside of the Harbor View Apartments on Sagamore Street in Lynn.

Police are still asking for the public's help in finding the suspect, and say he's considered armed and dangerous. Emiliano is described as 5-foot, 11-inches.
