A family of seven was uninjured Wednesday night when a tree came crashing down into a child's room in Amesbury, Massachusetts.
Strong winds knocked the tree through the roof of the home on Kimball Road.
The whole family was home at the time. The father said he had just put his five kids to bed when the tree came down.
He said his youngest son refused to go to bed and that the defiance might have saved his life.
He would have been in the bed where the most of the tree came down if he listened to his father.
Thankfully, no one was hurt.
