Sunday, politicians came together at Boston’s annual St. Patrick’s Day Breakfast.
For the first time, Massachusetts Sen. Linda Dorcena Forry of Boston hosted the breakfast, considered one of the city's biggest political events.
Each year, the breakfast gives politicians in the state a chance to tease their colleagues and laugh at themselves. Some even sing a song or two.
Attorney General Martha Coakley talked about what she thinks it will take for her to win in 2014.
She said that, just like Deval Patrick uses his MEMA vest to lead Massachusetts through a crisis, she thinks her key to success is her pink SHEMA vest.
After the event, South Boston's annual St. Patrick’s Day parade is scheduled to take place.
