¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup tahini
2-3 tbs fresh lemon juice

2 tsp dijon
2 tsp maple syrup
½ tsp salt
In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, dijon, maple syrup and salt.
Whisk until well combined, then slowly add water, whisking continuously. The mixture will become creamy.
Continue to whisk and add more water to reach a consistency that is easy to drizzle on your lettuce wraps or salad.
