Tuesday evening: Windy, with a layer of clouds. East coastal gusts to 35 mph, Cape gusts to 50. Highs near 70. Pockets of minor coastal flooding and beach erosion either side of 4 p.m. high tide. Overnight Tuesday night: Gradual clearing, windy, gusts to 40 mph, 50 Cape. Lows in the 40s. Wednesday: Bright, breezy, mild. Highs 75-80.
