(NECN) - If you are from New England you know that nothing says summer time like the sight of lobster!

What better way to kick off the season.

So Monday morning we are celebrating summer with an old fashioned lobster boil and putting a modern twist on the classic with a recipe for lobster fried rice!

It's one of the signature dishes at the Inn at Ocean's Edge in Lincolnville Maine.

Chef Bryan Dame joins NECN direct from Penobscot Bay with more.
