(NECN: Latoyia Edwards) - Police officers in Phoenix have made multiple arrests as hundreds protested Arizona's new immigration law. Ralliers came out in full force, despite a federal judge's last-minute decision to block the most controversial parts of the measure.

The law is also being felt in New England. Local members of the National Alliance of Latin America and Caribbean communities rallied against the immigration bill in Boston.
