(NECN/CNN) - The nation-wide egg recall is already damaging business at one Wisconsin restaurant.

Jenny Tricoli of Baker Street Restaurant in Kenosha, Wisconsin is being sued by a customer who got sick from salmonella.

"We're not greedy people," she said. "My mom says, 'well look, if she got sick, that's what we have insurance for.'"

The restaurant owners are feeling relief after the health department announced a national recall of 280 million eggs from Iowa's Wright County Egg Company.

"Yesterday our health department called and came in and met with us and said finally we have some sort of idea or closure, somewhere to move forward to that this is where it came from," she said.
