Patriots head coach Bill Belichick, addressing the media following his team's final preseason game, seemed pleased with overall the progress made this preseason.

"It's been a good preseason, long one. I think the players worked hard," said Belichick. "I think everyone is ready to start the season next week and we'll get at it right away. That's where we're at."

New England hosts Cincinnati and its dangerous receiving corps in Week One of the regular season, a scary prospect considering how opposing passing attacks moved up the field with ease in the second half of the preseason.

"Everything concerns you until you get into the regular season and see how you match up against everybody, and how they match up against you," said Belichick. "We'll find out where we're at soon enough."
