(NECN: Zeban Jaggi) – There is a new proposal that would require people to wait 24-hours before getting a tattoo.

“I mean, it would be really annoying but it’s not that much of a burden because you still have time to think it out, instead of just getting a drunken or stupid tattoo,” said one Boston resident.

The general consensus is that if a person really wants a tattoo, 24-hours is not too long to wait.

This is a topic that is being discussed in Washington DC.
