(NECN) - Governor Deval Patrick has declared this Saturday, September 12th, as Girl Scouts Day in Massachusetts. The organization is teaming up with malls across the state to encourage girls to sign up for scouting. <a href="http://www.girlscoutseasternmass.org" target="_blank">www.girlscoutseasternmass.org</a> Joining NECN with more on the big recruitment drive and the changing role of the Girl Scouts is Ruth Bramson, CEO of the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts.
