June 15, 2009 Hail storm creates winter wonderland in New Jersey Play video

(NECN/ABC) - In Washington Township, New Jersey, a June thunderstorm made some streets look more like it was December.

Hail covered yards and streets making it look like snow.

In this video, children in shorts and t-shirts played outside, making a snow man and throwing snow balls. Other residents are seen using snow blowers and shovels in an effort to free their vehicles.
