Joanne Chang, an award-winning chef and restaurateur, will open three new locations of her Flour Bakery in Massachusetts in the coming months.
According to the Boston Globe, Chang will have two new locations in Cambridge and one in Boston. Flour Harvard Square, located on Mt. Auburn Street, will open in October, and Flour Cambridgeport, located on Erie Street, will open in December.
Flour Dalton Street will open to the public in January 2017.
Chang was named the nation's best baker, winning the James Beard Award in May.
