Police in Wakefield, Massachusetts, are on the scene after a garbage truck rolled off a tow truck at the Route 128 northbound on-ramp.
The call came in at 11 Monday morning. The garbage truck rolled over and off the tow truck.
There were no occupants in the truck and there were no injuries.
Traffic is moving, but slowly. Crews are in process of removing the truck.
The cause of the incident is under investigation.
