One of the two inmates who walked away from Lawrence Correctional Alternative Center last week is once again in police custody.
Levi Montalvo, 23, of Puerto Rico, was captured in Lawrence Wednesday night after escaping the minimum security facility on Wednesday, Nov. 2.
A second inmate, Manuel Perez, 22, of Puerto Rico remains at large. He has tattoos of skulls on his abdomen, back, and left arm.
While Perez is not classified as a violent offender, the public is urged not to approach them if spotted as they may be dangerous.
