A Manchester, New Hampshire, man was arrested Thursday night after allegedly exposing himself in public.
The victims' stated they were sitting in front of a residence on Laurel St. as Jonathan Moquin, 25, walked up to the fence and began making derogatory and racial statements toward the group of people.
One of the victims, Alex Rivera, says he told Moquin to vacate the area. Instead, Moquin allegedly pulled down his pants and flashed his buttocks in their direction.
According to the police affidavit, Moquin then pulled down the front of his pants, grabbed his genitals and made additional derogatory statements.
One of the victims was a 17-year-old girl.
Moquin has been charged with disorderly conduct, and indecent exposure and lewdness.
