Police in Bourne, Massachusetts, are investigating a road rage incident that resulted in a physical altercation.
On Friday around 12:50 p.m., police responded to the area of State Road near the on ramp to Route 3.
Investigation yielded that one motorist allegedly smashed the victim's windshield with a rake and pointed a handgun at the victim.
As a result, police arrested Michael Barboza, 33, at the scene. He was charged with assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon, malicious destruction of property, and possession, cultivation and distribution of marijuana.
Barboza is due in court on Monday.
