A driver fled after hitting a pedestrian near Fenway Park in Boston Thursday, police confirm.
The victim was struck near 133 Brookline Ave. Police were called to the scene just after 4 p.m.
The injuries the victim suffered are not life-threatening, but her condition was not immediately known to officials. She was transported to Brigham and Women's Hospital.
Police say the car has been found.
Just three blocks away, the Boston Red Sox are scheduled to play a game at 7:10 p.m. The area becomes extremely crowded on game days.
