Update: Late Monday night, the disturbance near the Cape Verde Islands was classified as Tropical Depression #14, and may strengthen to Tropical Storm Lisa soon.
Meteorologist Matt Noyes says, aside from Hurricane Igor, the National Hurricane Center is officially monitoring only one area of disturbed weather in the Atlantic - near the Cape Verde Islands. Matt is interested in a few other areas, however, particularly around the Caribbean.
