(NECN) - After beginning as a small start-up company, PAREXEL has grown to more than 14,000 employees and a reach that spans across the globe.

Josef Von Rickenbach, the company's CEO and Chairman, tells CEO Corner about his company's growth, and how it helps other companies develop and launch new drugs and medical devices all over the world.

"Our client base includes, literally, all of the top 30 pharmaceutical companies and all of the 20 largest bio-tech companies, as well," von Rickenbach said. "The reason why they work with us is because... they have to find efficient ways to get products developed and we are part of that solution."
