Officials in Beverly, Massachusetts, arrested a 19 year old and two juveniles in connection with a fire that destroyed two houses under construction and damaged six other homes Sunday night.
Zackary H. Pavia of 5 Cresent Ave. in Beverly was arraigned in Salem District Court Thursday on 10 counts of arson. Pavia was ordered to be held without bail until his dangerousness hearing on July 25.
The juvenile suspects face accessory and trespassing charges.
There were no injuries in the fire, which caused about $2 million worth of damage. The fire destroyed two homes under construction and damaged eight other occupied homes.
