Air Cargo Bomb Scare Prompts More Screening of Shipments

(NECN/CNN) - The explosive devices discovered in cargo packages late last week are prompting changes to the screening process for air cargo.

The Obama administration is expected to announce measures to tighten the screening of air cargo after the discovery that terrorists used UPS and FedEx to ship explosive devices.

Many view the slack in inspection on cargo planes as a weak link in the post-9/11 security procedures.
