Cole: Metro-North Worked Hard to Repair Tracks

(NECN) - It looks like it will be one more day of travel trouble for commuters between Connecticut and New York City.

Rail service from Connecticut to New York City, along with Amtrak service between Boston and New York, will resume by Wednesday morning's rush hour.

Cliff Cole, media relations manager for Amtrak New York, joined NECN to discuss this.

He thanked Metro-North for the hard work and said it was their work that fixed the tracks.

He also said that many people use the commuter rail every day, so the recent accident has made a huge impact.
