(NECN) - Ed Rappaport, Deputy Director of the National Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida, talks about hurricane hunter aircraft flying through the center of Irene, which is confirming the strength of the storm. Rappaport discusses what New England can expect on Sunday.
Overall, he says, New England can expect the strongest storm
in last 20 years, at least similar to Gloria and Bob. The concern is strong
