(NECN) - Former Patriots player Aaron Hernandez is facing a new lawsuit.
Two wrongful death lawsuits have been filed from the families of the two men shot and killed in Boston in 2012.
The lawsuits were filed Wednesday on behalf of the families of Daniel Abreu and Safiro Furtado.
Each suit seeks $6 million.
Hernandez has not been criminally charged with their deaths.
Hernandez is currently being held without bail, accused in an unrelated murder of 27-year-old North Atttleboro, Mass. man, Odin Lloyd.
