(NECN) - The Mass. Fire Marshal is reminding people to check their smoke and carbon monoxide detectors as firefighters investigate the first two deadly fires of 2013.
On Friday, a man died in a house fire in Winchendon. Early Saturday morning, another person died in a house fire on Glen Street in Holyoke.
The cause of both fires remain under investigation, and investigators say they are focusing on accidental causes.
