(NECN: Manchester, Conn.) - Shots were fired this morning and people were injured in a workplace shooting at a Connecticut distributor.
Fire officials tell NECN that at least five people have been transported from the scene at Hartford Distributors in Manchester. That's about 10 miles outside of Hartford.
According to the Hartford Courant, three people were killed in the shooting. The newspaper says up to 40 people were inside the building at the time.
The shooter, who was an employee of the distributor, has reportedly been killed.
Witnesses say they saw the man going into the building with a lunch bag and a handgun.
