Canobie Lake Park in Salem, New Hampshire, is suing Google, saying it only paid half the cost of a $44,000 company outing.
According to the Union Leader, the lawsuit said nearly 800 employees from Google's offices in Boston visited the park in the summer of 2013. The $44,000 cost covered the cost of admission and food.
Google has yet to file a response to the suit.
