A man with no fixed address was arrested Monday after attempting to steal a bottle of wine from Shaws on Main St. in Nashua, New Hampshire.
Warren Picard, 52, also had an active electronic bench warrant for his arrest for a non-appearance in court.
Following Picard's arrest, it was discovered that he had two prior theft convictions on his criminal record, and as a result his charge was upgraded to a Class B felony.
Picard will be arraigned on Tuesday.
