Police in New Bedford, Massachusetts, say they have arrested two men on drug trafficking charges after finding thousands of dollars worth of drugs in an apartment Thursday.
Officials searched the apartment at 190 Davis St. after receiving reports of excessive foot traffic in the building, according to necn affiliate WJAR.
Police arrested 49-year-old Edwin Davis as he exited the apartment, and his roommate, 41-year-old Richard Ribeiro, a short time later.
Forty-two grams of heroin, a variety of other pills and almost $3,400 in cash was found in the apartment.
Both suspects are set to be arraigned in district court.
It was not immediately known if they have lawyers.
