On Tuesday, two men were held on homicide charges in two unrelated Chelsea, Massachusetts, shootings.
Hector Ramires, 20, was arraigned in Chelsea District Court following his arrest for the fatal shooting of Catherine Gomez, 35, over the weekend. He was held without bail.
Gomez was shot with a stray bullet as she looked out a second-floor window of a home on Shawmut Street a few minutes after 12 a.m. Saturday.
Police do not think the mother of three children was the intended target.
