Maintenance Worker Struck in a Parking Lot, Easton

45-year-old Thomas Hannan's chest was seriously injured

A man doing maintenance work in a parking lot was hit by a car in Easton, Massachusetts, Wednesday morning, police said.

Suzanne Omansky, 72, a resident of Lansdowne Village Condominium complex located at 41 Foundry St., struck 45-year-old Thomas Hannan, as she tried to pull into a parking space.

Hannan’s chest was serious injured, and he was taken to Rhode Island Hospital after being treated on the scene.

The crash is under investigation.
