A Carver, Massachusetts, man has been charged with his seventh OUI offense.
At 3:30 p.m. Monday, a Massachusetts State Police trooper spotted a car driving erratically on Route 195 eastbound in Wareham. The trooper pulled over the suspect, later identified as 53-year-old Harold Reardon, and ultimately placed him under arrest.
Reardon's license was suspended for life in 2009. He is charged with his seventh OUI, operating OUI with a license suspended for OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, speeding, and a marked lanes violation.
Reardon was transported to the Plymouth House of Correction where he is being held on $5,000 bail.
