A man and his dog were injured after being struck by a vehicle in Wareham, Massachusetts, Monday evening.
Police say 42-year-old Christian Iacobucci was driving westbound on U.S. Route 6 and hit the cyclist and his dog.
The man was initially transported to Tobey Hospital and then airlifted to another hospital in the Boston area. His injuries did not appear to be life-threatening.
The dog was taken to a veterinarian with minor injuries.
Authorities are investigating the incident.
