A Massachusetts Department of Children and Families employee accused of pointing a loaded gun at a couple in a New Hampshire road-rage incident has pleaded not guilty.
The Portsmouth Herald (http://bit.ly/29yNdi4 ) reports that 49-year-old Marc Beaulieu entered the plea Tuesday in Brentwood to charges of reckless conduct and endangering the welfare of a child. His next court date wasn't immediately available.
Police say the Fremont man rear-ended the couple who said he then drove past them and pointed a gun at them on May 21 in Stratham. Police say a handgun was recovered from Beaulieu's car.
Court records say Beaulieu has been employed at the Massachusetts agency for more than 19 years.
