Boston Mayor Marty Walsh is suffering from kidney stones, a spokesperson from his office confirmed Friday night.
The mayor has cancelled his events for the weekend.
According to his office, Walsh's kidney stones are recurring due to a pre-existing condition.
Walsh had been scheduled to take part in Comcast Care's Day, during which necn employees will be volunteering around the community.
