Boston Police have arrested a Roxbury man accused of pointing a rifle at delivery men over a refrigerator dispute.
Police responded to 2 Folsom Ave. on Saturday morning for a report of a person with a gun.
When they arrived they met with two delivery men from an appliance store who were scheduled to deliver a fridge.
The two male residents allegedly became upset that the fridge was not the same size as their old fridge.
One resident, identified as John Mahoney, 48, came out of a room with a rifle and pointed it at the delivery men, telling them to get out.
Police arrested Mahoney and charged him with Assault by Means of a Dangerous Weapon.
Police also charged him with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and Unlawful Possession of Ammunition after finding more guns and ammunition in the home.
