Police in Boston's Dorchester neighborhood arrested one suspect on drug and weapons charges after they conducted a search warrant Wednesday.
Around 12:15 p.m., members of the Boston Police Drug Control Unit executed a search warrant on Magnolia Street.
During the search, police recovered two illegal guns, including a Bryco Arms Jennings 9mm and a Ruger Redhawk .44 revolver. Officers also recovered 79 rounds of ammunition and at least three plastic bags of crack cocaine in a coffee cup.
Earl A. Johnson, 27, was taken into police custody during the search. He was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, unlawful possession of a high capacity feeding device, armed career criminal level two, and possession with intent to distribute drugs.
Johnson will be arraigned in Roxbury District Court on Thursday.
Two male occupants of the home were positively identified and allowed to secure the apartment.
