Authorities say a 15-year-old girl has died after being struck by a vehicle while crossing a Randolph, Massachusetts, street.
The crash happened at the intersection of Oak and North Main Streets at about 8 p.m. Tuesday.
Laura Viera of East Boston was transported to Milton Hospital, but did not survive her injuries.
Randolph Police are investigating the collision with the assistance of the Motor Vehicle Homicide Unit of the Norfolk District Attorney's Office.
The driver remained on the scene and spoke with police.
There is no word on any charges at this time.
