A truck driver charged with driving without a license in connection with a serious crash in Waltham, Massachusetts, is expected back in court Tuesday.
Valdir Dos Santos, of Lowell, was driving in Waltham when his truck lost two wheels last month.
One of the tires bounced over the median and hit a car going northbound, seriously injuring the driver, 27-year-old Rose DeDominkis of Boston.
The other tire struck a 2008 Toyota Prius driving southbound; the driver of that car was uninjured.
Dos Santos has pleaded not guilty.
