The Nashua Police Department and the FBI teamed up to arrest 15 individuals for various drug and related crimes this week.
In a press release, police announced the arrest of the following individuals on November 8, 9 and 10: Ryan Little, Kara Palmer, Joshua Simard, Michael Briand, Steven Giguere, Janita Ledoux, Brandon Chartier, Spencer Katsohis, Thomas Ducharme, Joshua Hansen, Edward Thomas, Robert Reidy, Llyod Hall, Keith Pitts, and Chad Silver.
The arrests were a part of Operation Granite Hammer to fight the drug problem in New Hampshire. The arrests were a joint effort between the Nashua Police Department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division, Problem Oriented Policing Unit and Traffic Unit and the FBI Safe Streets Gang Task Force.
The following charges were made in the arrests:
- Ryan Little, 58, of 23 Temple Street, apartment #20, Nashua, N.H., was charged with one count of Acts Prohibited: Possession of a Controlled Drug, 2nd Offense, Heroin, Felony. Ryan Little was held on a $300.00 cash bail pending an arraignment.
- Kara Palmer, 32, of No Fixed Address, Nashua, N.H., was charged with one count of Acts Prohibited: Sale of a Controlled Drug, Heroin, Felony. Kara Palmer was held on a $3,000 cash or surety bail pending an arraignment.
- Joshua Simard, 21, of 28 Railroad Square apartment #3, Nashua, N.H., was charged with four count of Acts Prohibited: Sale of a Controlled Drug, 2nd Offense, Heroin, Felony. Joshua Simard was held on a $50,000 cash bail pending an arraignment.
- Michael Briand, 25, of No Fixed Address, Nashua, N.H., was charged with one count of Acts Prohibited: Sale of Controlled Drug, 2nd Offense, Heroin, Felony. Michael Briand was held on a $300.00 cash bail pending an arraignment.
- Steven Giguere, 27, of 120 Palm Street, Nashua, N.H., was charged with one count of Acts Prohibited: Sale of a Controlled Drug, Heroin, Felony, and one count of Resisting Arrest or Detention, Misdemeanor. Steven Giguere was held on a $100,000 cash bail pending an arraignment.
- Janita Ledoux, 29, of 5 Summer Street, Nashua, N.H., was charged with two counts of Acts Prohibited: Sale of a Controlled Drug, Heroin, Felony, and one count of Acts Prohibited: Sale of a Controlled Drug, Suboxone, Felony. Janita Ledoux was on a $50,000 cash or surety bail pending an arraignment.
- Brandon Chartier, 33, of 11 Joffre Street, Concord, N.H., was charged with one count of Acts Prohibited: Possession of a Controlled Drug, 2nd Offense, Heroin, Felony. Brandon Chartier was held on a $30,000 cash bail pending an arraignment.
- Spencer Katsohis, 24, of 7 Alpha Street, Hudson, N.H., was charged with one count of Acts Prohibited: Sale of Controlled Drug, Cocaine, Felony on November 9, 2016. Spencer Katsohis was held on a $15,000 cash or surety bail pending an arraignment.
- Thomas Ducharme, 42, of 42 Riverside Avenue, Hudson, N.H., was charged with one count of Acts Prohibited: Sale of Controlled Drug, Heroin, Felony, one count of Acts Prohibited: Possession of a Controlled Drug, Heroin, Felony and one count of Acts Prohibited: Possession of a Controlled Drug, Cocaine, Felony. Thomas Ducharme was held on a $200,000 cash or surety bail pending an arraignment.
- Joshua Hansen, 41, of 87 Pine Street apartment C, Nashua, N.H., on November 9, 2016 was charged with one count of Acts Prohibited: Sale of Controlled Drug, Crack Cocaine, Felony. Joshua Hansen was held on a $15,000 cash or surety bail pending an arraignment.
- Edward Thomas, 46, of 148 Nartoff Road, Hollis, N.H., was arrested on an Electronic Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on original charges of two counts of Acts Prohibited: Sale of a Controlled Drug, Methamphetamine, Felony, that was the result of a prior Narcotics Intelligence Division investigation. Edward Thomas was held on a $5,000 cash bail pending an arraignment.
- Robert Reidy, 24, of 12 Grand Avenue, Nashua, N.H., was arrested as a Fugitive from Justice, Felony, as Reidy had escaped a minimum security facility in Lawrence, Massachusetts while being held on drug possession charges. Robert Reidy was held pending extradition to Massachusetts.
- Llyod Hall, 54, of 11 Atwood Court apartment #6, Nashua, N.H., was taken into custody on an arrest warrant out of Hillsborough County for non-payment of child support. Llyod Hall was held pending an arraignment.
- Keith Pitts, 45, of 96 Pine Street apartment A, Nashua, N.H., was taken into custody on a Capias arrest warrant for non-support of child support. Keith Pitts was held pending an arraignment.
- Chad Silver, 33, no fixed address was taken into custody for an active arrest warrant for Acts Prohibited; Sale of a controlled drug, Heroin, 2nd offense, Felony on November 10, 2016. Silver refused bail and will be arraigned on Monday November 14, 2016.
